Those drawings remind me of the paintings I did and mounted on the fridge when I was in gradeschool.

Funny you should mention about Monday's Musical Musings. The song "I Don't Like Mondays" by The Boomtown Rats was playing while I read your comment. Catchy song, maybe I could muse about that song. And it won't get out of my head right now even if it isn't a Monday. Last Song Syndrome!!!

Last song syndrome is particularly sinsister when you get a kids song stuck in your head. Our favourite song to inflict on someone is Girl from Impanema - we use it as our 'thinking music'. 'I Dont Like Mondays' reminds me also of "Video Killed the Radiostar" - they must have been on the radio about the same time when I was a kid.

The painting is compliments of my son ... I just love the sun streaming in through the window .. the the fact that there are interestng snippets - the creative contract at the bottom, Dylan's artwork, the Chinese medallion thingo ... and the fish on the board (Annie made that one for my for Xmas a few years ago!)
