Thursday Thirteen: Things I love [2]

In this, my year of authenticity, its timely to remind myself of the things that I do truly love ... so here is my list of 13 things that I love ... and I will endeavour at the end of the next thirteen lunar months to have done each of them, at least once a month...

I love ....

  1. Writing
  2. Cooking/baking
  3. Taking unplanned and spontaneous adventures
  4. Dancing
  5. Learning
  6. Taking photos
  7. Sewing in all its forms
  8. Yoga
  9. Walking
  10. Music
  11. Reading
  12. Theatre
  13. Being creative

What are the things that you love, that because of the busyness of life, may have been forgotten or rescheduled to a date, somewhere in the ephemeral future when there will be more time, more energy, less committments ..... you get my drift?

I just signed up at the TT hub now (almost the end of the day here and I saw your name not far below (or above) mine. I didn't even realize you take part in TT. How we do get around don't we? I like your list. Mine would probably look quite similar. It's something I would jump to and do right away normally but I've had nothing but time on my hands for moths and months now and I can barely muster up the energy to get out of bed... I told myself this sick leave would be the perfect opportunity to do all sorts of project, and I do with my blog, but everything else just seems like too much effort. That's the thing about depression, right? It follows it's very own schedule. Anyway as soon as I'm feeling a bit better I'll draw one of these lists for sure.

You have a great list! Some of the things I love and hardly have time for anymore:
Reading
Taking Photos
Going for walks with my hubby
Lazy days
Learning how to knit better...
Aye! If there were only more hours in a day! :) Lovely TT, have a wonderful weekend.

Smiler - there will be time soon, in the not too distant future when you will again have the energy to attack life and all the things that you love with gusto and passionate abandon.

I've been asked for write an article about anger, depression, obesity and tiredness - based on a small blog article I created late in December.

Perhaps I could run it past you once I've fixed it up?

Knitting, exercising, reading good books. I have a hard time balancing the things I have to do to pay my bills (work) with the things I have to do to fulfill my obligations to family and my other semi-pro writing life. I'm eagerly looking forward to the end of the book contract. I might do nothing but knit socks for an entire year. :)
